OC-2200 Orientation Conveyor
The OC-2250 is designed to deliver any sleeved disc, which the Bronway SL-2200 Sleever can accommodate, in any orientation to the Bronway TM-2250 Tabbing & Labelling Module or another down-stream process. This conveyor is a fully integrated module, which monitors its flip-over section as well as the 90° turning section to detect jams & faults.
The conveyor uses a safe jet of air to flip/turn over the sleeved disc while utilizing a pin & guide system to turn the sleeved disc on the flat.
The system is PLC controlled and is capable of monitoring down-stream machinery interlocks as well as communicating with up-stream machinery to provide an effective fully integrated system. The OC-2250 can flip over or rotate every product type that the SL-2200 is capable of handling. This allows security labelling of 120mm & 80mm card sleeves, security tabbing of 120mm full flap, as well as surface labelling of all products on each side of each sleeve type. The OC-2250 is designed for use in conjunction with the Bronway SL-2200, the Bronway TM-2250 and other manufacturers Sleeving Machines & comes equipped with all necessary communication cables & mounting brackets.
