SW-2700 Shrink Wrap Applicator
The Bronway SW-2700 Spindle Shrink Wrap Material Applicator has been designed to apply shrink material to CDs on a spindle being prepared for bulk packing. The system operates by wrapping shrink material to form a sleeve with a tear strip around the CDs on the spindle prior to shrinking. The SW-2700 is designed to replace manual application of pre-formed sleeves to spindles prior to shrinking thus significantly reducing cost in pre-formed sleeve material and labour. |

Personalised Overprinter
The Bronway OP-10 is a high speed, high volume and high quality, Disc Over-Printing System designed for the personalisation of Optical Media at production rates of up to 60ppm. The Over-Printing process may be driven by a customer-supplied database, which can be generated off-line on a networked computer system. Up to six lines of unique variable text or bar codes to be printed on each individual disc. The system includes automatic validation of the printed variable data.

The OC-2250 is designed to deliver any sleeved disc, which the Bronway SL-2200 Sleever can accommodate, in any orientation to the Bronway TM-2250 Tabbing & Labelling Module or another down-stream process. This conveyor is a fully integrated module, which monitors its flip-over section as well as the 90° turning section to detect jams & faults.
