Bronway has now developed the Compact CSL-2100 CD/DVD sleever based on the well-proven and popular SL-2200 Sleever.

From our involvement in the sleeving industry, over many years, we have recognised that many customers require a low cost, all mechanical, durable, simple to operate, simple to maintain & compact “vanilla” sleever just to cater for sleeving standard card, paper and polypropylene sleeves. The CSL-2100 is the solution.

The CSL-2100 offers a significant cost performance alternative over other sleevers currently available on the market. Its unique modular design allows you to choose from the full range of optional extra stations as and when you need them.

The CSL-2100 is capable of handling a wide variety of sleeve types for 120mm & 80mm CD/DVDs at rates of up to 80 sleeves per minute. Sleeve types include Card, Paper (with/without flap), Polypropylene (with/without flap) and Tyvek Sleeve. Specialist & larger Sleeves (190mm X 165mm) can also be handled as an option.

Unlike its competitors, the Bronway CSL-2100 has an entirely modular design meaning you get exactly what you need as you need it. Further additional stations can be added on-site within hours so that your sleever simply develops as your demands change.
